I found it to have a positive work environment with engaging leadership readily available to assist as needed. I had great rapport with my team members and peers. As can be expected, it was a fast paced environment, in which I thrive successfully. Effective work-life balance was amplified. I valued the freedom and autonomy and welcomed new challenges and opportunities to solve problems. There were changes and evolving processes, which added to the variety and overall scope of the job."
