"I would not recommend Leica. It used to be a decent place to work. Since new upper management it has been extremely unpleasant. The focus has changed from working for the customer to trying to stay afloat on top of tons of additional paper. Their new "metrics" is hilarious and out of date! People cheat the system or just reside in a busy area that works with their new system. It's funny how customers love you yet their new systems and paperwork may display the opposite! You cannot win. They treat you like a juvenile and MICROMANAGE (yes danger)! They act as if you're always in the state of mind that you're trying to screw them over when in fact, obviously, we're all just trying to be professionals. The second worst place for micromanaging that I've ever worked."
