"I was thrust into a position beyond my level of competence, and with much positive reinforcement I was able to learn and grow to new heights."

"Make sure they have secured their finances before signing on"
What don't you like about working at Quantanomix?
"As a startup we had many hurdles, one of which was the owner's lack of understanding of many technical aspects of my job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more grounded and pragmatic rather rather than expecting the world to work the way you feel it should."
What do you like about working at Berkshire Hathaway?
"I liked that Berkshire Hathaway included new and temporary employees in their holiday celebrations, it displayed their interest in connecting with their employees."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There seems to be a revolving door and regular staff changes in this office."
What don't you like about working at Berkshire Hathaway?
"I disliked that there was an absence of IT personnel and the effect it had on communications. This problem was openly discussed as a problem before I arrived, and even included as a reason I was hired (to utlize my technical support skills in office management). As a power user, my supervisor couldn't follow how I worked, and believed my reports of system issues and technical problems were fabricated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothiing other than to expand their management locally to include a decision maker on technical matters that actually understands technology."
What do you like about working at UT Arlington?
"My mentors were terrific in helping me grow as an attorney by building up my skills in patent prosecution."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go and grab an opportunity at this office if possible, since it will help you grow."
What don't you like about working at UT Arlington?
"We were very limited in budget in terms of tools that we could use."

"I think they do a great job in mentoring people and should continue to do so."
