"They are not trustworthy and have absolutely no loyalty to longtime employees or any employee for that matter."

"Do not hide disloyalty and immoral decisions under the guise of just business. Find the meaning of a good moral compass."

"I'm able to work pretty much independently with the minimal supervision at an intensity level I'm comfortable with."

"Know about the job you are interviewing for and be sure you have the education, skills, and abilities required for the position."

"There is a lack of training in a lot of the particulars regarding the more technical parts of the job and there is an inconsistency in the application of practices and procedures because of it, resulting in errors and failure to provide all the information needed to get the job done correctly and efficiently. There is also a lack of cooperation from the field offices when requests are made for information necessary to complete jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have more employee evaluations and work reviews for quality control and to help the employee learn about their weak areas and how we could help them become stronger in their weak points. Provide training to better their capabilities and skills to produce quality work."

"Only yes people get rasies and/or noticed for promotions. It's dirty with critters (all kinds) running around. Cleanliness is not important to the top players."

"Give non-union employees raises not just my friends. Brighten up the place. Get plexiglass dividers."

"If you like to have a lot of work with no room for growth, this is the job for you."

"The environment is toxic. There is no management so no one is watching the people who don't work all day. There is no leadership. The work is overwhelming and very stressful."

"I would care more about the people than numbers. People are more important."

"Go to a paperless law office and organize any necessary papers. Upgrade technology and try to be more diligent about recording billable hours."

"Anyone that interviews will see immediately the high level of professionalism in that office. An applicant should plan to meet those standards."

"I had no problems working at the company, because its professionalism was so consistently high."

"I have no suggestions for management. Attorneys do not always have the business skills to run their own office, and my own office had no problems."
