"I have worked for Leavitt Group for almost 15 years. The CEO is an amazing man and upper management is wonderful. In the past few years as the company has grown it has shown in their lack of communication with the "lower" employees. They added an HR department that is non responsive, they have hired outside management for smaller departments that do not provide the same level of care and concern that the people that started the company have. It is sad that as they grow they seem to be failing and what the company objective was, or at least what I thought it was."
