"The owner of the company was out of state, so all they saw was the numbers. They didn't really know what was going on."

"I liked my Regional Marketing Training Manager. She was extremely good at what she did as well as The Vice President and the Director of Sales and Marketing."

"BEWARE if you're going to apply for a position at Oakwood Village in Flanders, NJ"
What don't you like about working at Morgan Properties?
"I didn't like that when I followed protocol to report a hostile work environment that it wasn't taken seriously. My site property had also lost $1100.00 of my money which I had to repay! My Regional Manager, Lorena Gomez, displayed clear discontent and unprofessionalism towards me, which was validated by other co-workers. It made me question both the judgment and integrity of this company, considering I have emails and text messages outlining the harrassment I endured."

"When someone brings a serious situation to their attention they should do proper investigation and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation"

"Salary was below average for a luxury apt community. Managers insisted on agents coming in for meetings on off days."
