New technologies or products are introduced too fast and too soon with not enough business and system analysis conducted because whatever top management decides to do, it is mandated to get done at an unrealistic time frame."

"You have to know stuff. For my Web Design interview I had to take a pass 3 tests before I even got to take to the manager that was doing the interview. If I had not passed the tests then I would not have had the opportunity to progress further in the interview."
