"In general the mission that LeapFrog has embarked upon is an excellent one. Unfortunately their vision for the future is highly outdated and over reliant on hardware. I don't see this company remaining terribly competitive."

"I worked for this company with lot of passion. It ended up with lot of frustration for sitting idle. Lot of insecurity in minds of middle management people. Some clean-up is required. I saw lot of discrimination among certain groups. Employees were treated like slaves. HR blindly listens to middle management. It seems HR is more like dummy robot who only performs at zombies' commands. I would not recommend you to work over here. It's not worth working for them."
