"I have worked at LeadPoint for over 3 years....the training and leadership from top management was very weak and without direction. The people who work there were amazing and truly worked hard. Headquarters was out of Los Angeles so that made it difficult to communicate and move up in the company. The business is changing and they laid off many people in the michigan office."
