"There is no way of moving up the ladder of advancement. Management lacked in supporting and recognizing employee performance and benificial program improvements effecting equipment and budget constraints."

"I feel they should listen more and promote employee dedication and contributions to the program."

"For the most part Bae Systems is rated in my opinion as a CareerBliss, but with layoffs."

"It was an aircraft facility and I went there on Contract basis. The company that sent me was The Experts, Inc. I enjoy aircraft working."

"The hrs were great, the people were awesome, pay was ok, benefits were unbelievable."

"No, I would not recommend working here, it is a political nightmare."
What don't you like about working at San Bernardino City Unified School District?
"The management micro managed every move you made, things like you have to take lunch at exactly 11 am even if you were right in the middle of a job, at the same time would call you in the middle of lunch to have you do a favor for them, I guess I just don't understand things like that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat people like you would want to be treated, recognize the workers who go above and beyond and make sure you let them know that you appreciate it, all any employee wants is to be recognized for hard work."
