"supervision is shoddy, leadership is by stick and whip, you are at their whim as to what you do on a daily basis, they don't keep their promises, favoritism at it's finest"

"allow people to do their work to the best of their abilities without fear of retribution, eliminate the favoritism and investigate the skills and abilities of the person without bias based on one person's view, and keep your promises to people that you hire"
