"Despite the fact that I have continued to gain additional certifications, I have not been able to advance within the company."

"Perhaps a program of incentives for employees to improve their education and skills would be useful in making the company stronger overall."

What do you like about working at California Custom Bottles?
"The experience that I got with installing and fine tuning SIG series 3 and Krones blow molders, and ZacchettI robot palletizers was to me a chance I would have never gotten somewhere else."

"It's a great place to learn about SIG and Krones blow moulders."
What don't you like about working at California Custom Bottles?
"No team work, no future. They were trying for perfection in their machinery. I always had to fix simple things that could have been avoided by a simple PM, or if we had just talked to each other."

"To give me actual PM days and to work as a team."

"The smell of old bio-degradable produce for product was pretty bad sometimes."

"After we had done quick modifications to the system; it was hard to get future spare parts."

"Be honest and truthful about the position you are applying for. That way you do not get in over your head"

"Highly stressful at times with little regard to actually how long it would take to properly fix the equipment."

"Management did a proficient job at what they were assigned to do."

"I pretty much had complete control of my people and equipment. My decisions were rarely negated by upper management."

"Everyone on the floor thinks they can do a better job managing every company I've ever worked for. I don't make these presumptions."

"the inconsistency's with the management to make decisions when it comes to making repairs to equipment."

"hire people that arent afraid to make complicated decisions be cause they are afraid to loose there job."

"The people. The hours. The work. The support from management."

"be prepared to do the same job for many years."
What don't you like about working at Student Transportation of America?
"towards the end of my job, they brougfht in a new VP in charge of fleet services. He had no idea what the school bus business was about. He came from the rental car business. He had some odd ideas on the way a school bus yard should be run."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have taken more interest in each trerminal. I don't think I ever saw the CEO at my terminal in almost 10 years working there."
