"The job was ever changing and ever challanging. Management recognized and showed appreciation for work done well."

"When the production area more than doubled, the main. crew size was not changed, but was expected to solve all problems within a time frame set forth by production requirements, not the scope of the problem."

"Recognize that the production crew creates the products and the maintenance crew keeps the plant operating that keeps us all employed."
