What suggestions do you have for management?

"Corporate needs to reassess the job descriptions of the management and in turn reassess the qualifications of the people filling them. A clear description of the workers jobs and time line for completing each task should be established.A training program is necessary not only for getting people up to speed but for setting and maintaining high standards. After all it isn't an every day type of company and ready to go employees do not exist."
