"I always enjoy a challenge, and as a desktop support technician there is no shortage of challenges that I face on a daily basis. The only thing I would say I dislike about this line of work is that more and more these jobs are being outsourced, and offered to less experienced people in an effort to save money, and as we all know you end up getting what you pay for."
