"No because today the company is run by a different CEO, so I don't know what it's like to work there."
What don't you like about working at Motricity?
"When I worked there, people in executive levels and senior levels were way too young. The company lacked experience in direction and growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More experienced, older managers who have the maturity to plan and develop rather than run by the seat of their pants. Many managers climbed the ladder simply by inheriting a higher position instead of having the appropriate skills to fit the demands of that position."

"Be calm, let your personality show, and do not try to pretend you know something you don't because employers will often see that you're willing to learn, and they'll teach you if they believe you're a great fit with the company."

"I believe that I gained a good amount of experience, and I can not say that I did not like working there."

"I have given the suggestion of advertising the store more, however, due to the economy, it was difficult to do other than what we could have done for cheap."
