"Bring your A game but keep your expectations low. Growth within this company is slow."

"Lack of leadership and opportunity to show personal worth. Your experience doesn't seem to matter with Corrosion Engineering."

"Understand that there is a vast amount of experience outside of the company they can draw from... change isn't bad, it's an evolution not revolution."

"Be smart, hard working, ready for anything and willing to work for all sorts of clients. Also be prepared to learn a ton!"

"The pay was not steady and the work load was up and down."

"Spend a little more time on growth and set goals and try to reach them. The company is currently stuck in a small business start up that isn't really going anywhere and lacks new creative endevors."

"No 401K, and its a startup, so you never know when your last day could be."

"Listen to all of your employees. They just might have the answer to save your business."

"Lots of freedom - I can set my own schedule and earn my own rewards"

"Uncertainty - jobs come and go, you have to be aggressively finding on the next job while working on the current job, and there are no benefits"
