Lead Architect at Pfizer
in Groton, CT

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"Not the place I hired into - was great - now not."

What do you like about working at Pfizer?

"I like doing something important for the world - making medicines that save people's lives."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. I cannot think of anyone who, starting new with the company now, would not think it was one of the worst decisions they have made. Wait until all of this restructuring is over - wait until 2015 before looking to work here."

"It's now a culture of scarcity and a culture of fear. There is severe punishment for many different outcomes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember that it is the people who do things - things that you cannot outsource. That is going to bite you."
