"I branched out on my own because I felt ready with both the knowledge ambition to start my own company. Due to circumstances both personal and Beyond My Control such as covid-19 I couldn't sustain the economic pressures of the company.. success for me has always been a direct result of opportunities awarded by great and reputable companies I was fortunate to be a part of. I am prepared to once again share in the benefit of working as a team with a common goal in which ideas are encouraged and everyone can be proud of the result achieved by team efforts. Leaders are not blinded by pride but proud to foresee mistakes."
"The language on their recruiting materials of a good place to work in is not true. They have a lot of turnover because their is little to no opportunity to advance. You work on the same project forever or until the contract is lost, then they will lay you off. They have not won a contract in a few years. The management team at the corporate headquarters promises but never delivers. Seem disconnected from the client teams. The CEO is not involved at all with the company."
