"The school offers a lot of great network with theachers and staff. You will have to choose what you love over pay, if you want to be in the school system."

"No parking permit, and I have to drive for more than 20 minutes, until there is parking available."

"More chances to advance, and to move up. Also benefits, I love my job, but the pay is low. There are no benefits."
