What do you like about working at Lazydays?
"The culture of Lazydays was fantastic, everyone there treated each other like family. There was a great emphasis on satisfying the customer's needs. There was no doubt I was working for the best company in the industry."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have a problem solve it without going to HR. They do not like people that rock the boat."
What don't you like about working at Lazydays?
"There were way too many managers/supervisors. They had a managers meeting every Friday. At one point when we were down to about 450 employees the were 70 people with titles of manager or supervisor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There should have been more emphasis on the quality of the sales force. At one point while I was there we had over 175 salespeople on staff. I would have focused more on having less sales people that I had confidence that they could close the deal. I believe we should have had a larger support team for the salespeople and nothing but proven 'closers' in actual sales."
