"Latin e is a fledgling company that has a lot of ambition and drive to be a leader in Latin entertainment. The workspace usually consists of half a dozen or more people brainstorming ideas to advance the company. The CEO oversees each departments work and progress. I worked in a more creative area creating entertaining content for immediate upload to the website and Facebook. My ideas, like creating a parody version of Pawn Stars, were well received and backed with the companies resources. Overall the company has its head in the right space but needs more time to grow and mature to truly make an impact on the Latino, entertainment world."
