2.2The best thing I can say about this company is that the horrible working conditions really strengthen your relationships with your coworkers. The building is backed up to a bayou, so there is an almost constant insect infestation in the building, and we get rats coming through once or twice every year. The owners of the company would rather be project managers than trust those they've put in place to do so and often intervene and contradict in each other's business decisions making it infuriating for anyone to actually finish products that both of them approve of. The revolving door is strong here so there is no one making a career at this company. The process for employment is usually a joke, largely depending upon which department you apply to. My first months at this company, people were shocked that I still enjoyed my job. Morale is terrible. If you need to slap a few years on your resume for experience, this place is a great stepping stone, but don't expect to stay for more than a couple of years, if you're lucky.
2.5Leadership is lacking. Great co workers.
This is a company full of employees who are either afraid to make a decision or lack the ability. There is constant last minute decisions made without any planning or forethought.
