"Poor leadership. Extremely political. Waring factions: Lanier and Ricoh Americas. Lots of lying and deceit on the part of middle management. No effort on the part of middle management to promote harmony and synergy."

"Take what the reps have to say to heart. Act to resolve issues and remove the barriers to success, instead of covering you backside."

What do you like about working at Lanier?

"Great work environment, no micro-managing, I advanced quickly from entry level position to Lead Administrator for the Atlanta Sales office. Opportunities if you are a hard worker."

What don't you like about working at Lanier?

"Administration advancement had limited opportunities in the 1980s."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create seemless integration between Sales, Service, and Administration. There was a lack of 'team effort' among the divisions. The divisions seemed to protect their division."
