"Freedom to make my own goals, proposals, etc. This would have been a good company had it been run by the actual company."

"If this is a stepping stone for you and you really just need employment as an urgent need, then realize it is only a short term situation."

What don't you like about working at Landstar System?

"The sales people work thru agents and there is no security for them. If the agents can't make ends meet, they let their sales people go first."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would like to see the company be all asset-based and they would be more solid in their employee staff."
