4I have worked for Landis+Gyr for 3 years. During this time, management has changed focus. The position I am in has a lot of intense pressure from management to perform without mistakes, and when you make mistakes you are written up. In my department, the low level employees are not allowed to stand up for themselves when management makes mistakes and tries to pin it on others. There are a few managers with terrible management skills.
4.7I worked there for five years and during that time I was performing better every year since my boss gave me all the trust and the groups in headquarters trusted and gave me very good reviews, the plant manager congratulated me several times for a job well done and for not having complaints from the engineering groups by delivering product on time, I also had the opportunity to work in two projects where success was critical for two customers.
4Worked at Landis+Gyr since 2013. My department had issues, and I've seen other departments be scrapped, but if one lands in a good department, things will be good. Unfortunately, there was no sales rep for the product that my department was developing due to issues that occurred prior to my time, which my department later felt the ramifications of.
