"It's a great comp;any. Hopefully the CEO, CFO, CIO have been replaced. The previous CEO and CIO had a better handle on running the corporation. Good luck!"

"the direction corporate executives had taken with the corporation. Buying up other companies and trying to consolidate them into one corporation instead of allowing each entity to profit and grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get back to the business basics... help the entity grow don't spend all the profits on corporate headquarters."

"LandAmerica no longer exists. They are filing Bankruptcy and have sold out to Fidelity, who shut our offices down."

"I enjoyed working there, and was laid off due to the housing industry."

"They deserved to go chapter 11 do to the poor upper management and office politics at the highest levels and Fidelity will benefit from the employees they have acquired in take over."

"Higher management ran the company like the government ran the Vietnam war."

"It was good, however, title operations were sold, under duress, and non-title business were placed into Chapter 11 bankruptcy (of which I was a part of), even though our group was highly profitable."
