"The fact that the company as a whole could not withstand the economic changes and therefore no longer exist on its own."

"The managers were excellent. I would suggest that they continue to lead and encourage the sales team at any organization that they work for."

"Management that do not know what they are doing, actually trying to teach others...the blind leading the blind."

"I started at the bottom and was able to learn as I progressed. There were a lot of growth opportunities and career moves I was able to do."

"As long as you work hard and don't go into management you will do well. When you start advancing in your career in gets very political and you become a moving target."

"Once FNF started buying up all these Title Companies they lost control of the core company and the precepts that kept all of us original staff going. The company grew too fast and put people in charge that tried to implement the other Companies policies and procedures."

"Be cognizant of the staff you have at the top who is making decisions. Be loyal to your tenure people."
