"I have worked for this company for a few years. It is an excellent place to work when starting a career. It is difficult to recommend as a long term career. My advice to management is to minimize the micromanagement, and allow lower-level employees to see the thought process of larger decisions, and to encourage people to see the "big picture" to improve our decision-making abilities and improve moral."
