2.2 Mostly paper-pushing, strong hierarchy, under utilizes staff abilities, little to no engineering/technical work, outdated IT and data management/sharing, overemphasis on office and local politics, strict adherence to the definitions of the roles of your job, slow pace of work Advice to Management: Don't concern yourself as much with politics. Deliver efficiency with transparency. Stop hiring people and stop being so focused on your hierarchy. Improve communication within divisions - who has what strengths? Who has the right answer? Where is that written down!?! You don't really need engineers anymore, you contract everything out anyway.

4.1 I worked for them for about 3.5 months and it was a joy to work. Everyone was very respectful and everything, however, because it was contract, there wasn't much promise of anything beyond that. Once the job was done, it was done.
