"I was given the flexibility to run my department, hire and train sales staff, set schedules and be recognized for the business I brought to the store."

"Boscov's is a retail store. Come to the interview knowing the merchandise and how it is presented."

What don't you like about working at Boscov's?

"As in all retail, stores are open on Sundays. While I worked 3 out of 4 a month I feel Sundays are for family's to be together. I never go shopping on Sundays when not working."
