"My manager was awesome - the benefits were phenomenal."

"Keep one eye on the marketplace and then enjoy the experience of working for a premier airline."

What don't you like about working at United Airlines?

"A little too much of a bureaucratic environment - it took a long time to get things done and it seemed unnecessary for so many hands to be in every pie.I was also bummed about the effect on the fuel prices on our jobs. It seems that the workforce waxes and wanes along with fuel prices - I wish they would stabilize that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look for efficiencies and really push for them (regardless of hangups from unions)."

"I was able to be promoted and take on new job responsibilities frequently. I liked the good stock option plan."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I disliked the early morning start time (5 a.m.) and the late night finish times (11 p.m to 12 a.m.), and working every weekend when I worked in the stores."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Rotate weekends off for management."
