"No HR person. You will be interviewed by the manager of the department. Be prepared"

"Frequent and disruptive restructuring. Have better odds of success if you are young and female."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't avoid hiring older and experienced employees. Stop the jingoism of being called a Labeltronion."

"Labeltronix is company that lets you work without micro managing your project. The management is always there to help and guide you through any difficult issues you may encounter. Customers are the #1 priority and it shows."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, when you go for the interview have a positive attitude and learn everything you can about the labeling industry. My suggestion is to Google so that you can intelligently discuss label application and printing methodology's. The management at this company is extremely smart and they are not looking for someone who can do the job, they are looking for someone who can adapt into the structure of the organization."

What don't you like about working at Labeltronix?

"Really nothing, I would still be working for the company had it not been for the recession of 2008."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that management should allow employees in more meetings. Problems will be resolved more efficiently by having input from the actual person that does the work. By involving the employee, the company will not see just a win-win but will actually have come to a solution using a third alternative."

"I learned so much technical information about labels, paper, etc while working there and got to attend various tradeshows that were very interesting."

"If you have a background in paper or machines, that is great. If not, try to get as much knowledge as you can from each department during your first months of working there so that you are prepared long term to help support the company and your department."

"The company was rather small and the industry wasn't for me."
