"I Suggest more communication between departments because without communication there could be some great effects with the work flow."

"Not enough selling time in the field. Not enough sales and product trainng."

"More training and development of sales staff on company's offerings, policies and procedures."

"To know how to treat their employees and treat them with respect"

"The company has its ups and downs. By far its draw back is no room for promotion followed by average or below pay compared to other companies in the same field. I do enjoy the work and it is clear on expectation."

"I worked for Lab Corp for 10 yrs in the microbiology dept. The pay was not the greatest, my co-workers were. The management did not have very good interpersonal skills with the people they employed. This is only my opinion."

"Get to know your direct supervisor well. The person you directly report up to will make a world of difference. Under the right person, this could be a great job with promising and rewarding responsibilities and outcomes."

"Employee Engagement was of little to no consideration and there was very limited opportunity for growth. The work environment was highly political and too many good people ended up demotivated and emotion distressed."

"When you truly care for people, it will become easier to achieve organizational stretch goals. Hire people with substantial knowledge, and then empower and trust them to do their job."

"I am under the impression that Companies like suggestions, ideas, thoughts but not true. There so many books out there and those AUTHORS must be realized their philosophy only remains within their top and bottom of shelves. In reality get along with me, things/what matters will be understood."
