Throughout my diverse career, I have been a successful leader by creating and innovating new ideas.I have taken an active role to streamline, reduce cost and improve efficiencies within my organization's construction department . My whole range of experience involves many aspects of project management including lease reviews, design and permitting oversight, awarding GC contracts, construction administration as well as maintenance and warranty accountability through the life of the project. I was a Senior Project Manager at Old Navy responsible for the West Coast Territory . Under my leadership, I was responsible for multiple project managers as well as accountable for the survey department . A strong financial knowledge of my market locations is essential.
4.7I've worked for L Brands ever since July, 2019. I have learned the safety of people, product and state property. It has taught me how to communicate effectively and properly in a good timely manner. This position has also taught me how to handle stressful situations. This position has helped better my expertise of being a better me and a better individual on keeping myself and anyone else around me safe as possible.
