"I've worked at KWES-TV for almost 3 years now, hoping it would eventually lead somewhere. I moved up from the production department to Creative Services, but have not been well compensated for it. The base pay is entirely too low for the area. I'd say it's near impossible to live here on it considering the cost of living in the area. I would say the management is poor, and problems are not actually discussed. More swept under the rug. There is also poor equipment, but it's getting better."
