"I have worked for KTH Parts since 1989. Growing my portfolio has been key. I started out on the production floor. In two years, I was moved up due to the knowledge I gained of the equipment and was promoted to key associate. In 1996, I was then promoted to the Equipment Support Group (ESG). In the role of an ESG associate, I performed daily maintenance items and was responsible for the maintenance of my area. KTH is a fast-paced automotive and just on-time delivery auto parts supplier to Honda of America. In 2000 I was promoted to ESG Supervisor. In this role, I was responsible for the maintenance crew. I assigned work to be completed and was also the sole administrator of the CMMS system. After 15 years of Supervisor, I was placed in the Assistant Manager position. I maintained the department's budget and directed all employee's daily quality, safety, and efficiency projects. Due to budgetary business decisions, I was then moved to the Production Assistant Manager position. In this position, my goal is to use my equipment experience to increase production line efficiency."
