What do you like about working at KTE Business Reorganization System?

"It's potential to increase revenue for most all people who need/have employment. I have a second company called Increased Revenue Consultant. My organizational skills need to be endless. I did get a Best Answer in Organization and Ethics. I choose to Organization the rebuilding of the infrastructure of the USA."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If Companies are to fill empty positions they must consider absorbing HR fees and relocation expenses. My company is working on travel & accommodations for interviews. A company can right off the hiring expenses; the workers most likely don't have the money available to travel, but they want to."

What don't you like about working at KTE Business Reorganization System?

"My frustration level is high when I don't understand the technology of the Internet; yet, it is the only place that carries literally all you want to know and all you have to say. My frustration is high within my limited knowledge in this area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Know your workers! Listen to their team ideas. Understand each employees strong points and don't slight him/her for the weak points. Just consider teaching or trying a different area in the business where an employee can grow if not happy. Don't waste the time you have invested in the worker you chose."
