1Unfortunately, this is an extremely unprofessional workplace that is demoralizing to it's administrative staff. The client-based staff is treated very well because they are what makes the company money, anyone else is considered worthless by the director and president.
It is very unfortunate the clients/employees afar cannot witness this terrible company and how it really is run. If you are looking for a job, LOOK ELSEWHERE, you will be miserable each and every moment you are there. In addition, if you are a female and slightly attractive be prepared to be continuously harassed, threats to attend heavily-drinking "company" events that you are responsible for eating the cost of getting to and from; employees can't stand the company so the director and president "force" these events to make themselves feel better like they are treating the employees.... absolutely absurd.
Lastly, the compensation is ridiculous, the director is very good at not crossing the line, but infers that if you don't come into work before and after hours without pay, you won't last long with the company. Quote, "I cannot tell you to come to work early or stay late, but if you take pride in your work, you will make that sacrifice." Regardless of whether you have family or a social life. Sadly enough, the director is too ignorant to have any of that, his only friend is work (the idea, not the people).
1HORRIBLE!!! Worked here only a week and quit. Never ever apply with this company. Bad trash talk about the CEO and president, racial remarks. Then when I did interviewed with them I was asked the most inappropriate questions about what kind of vehicle, make and model I drive. Get ready for labor bored morons, seems like you failed at knowing your laws on when not to get sued for the wrong questions. BAD PLACE TO WORK.
