"Think about how you want to live your life, if you plan on weekends off and a family consider, trash collection before this."

What don't you like about working at The Kroger Co.?

"It is not a 8-5 M-F job. You will always be working when family is off, your kids have activities, or holidays (except Thanksgiving & Christmas). You work for a union that does not work for or with you except control industry wages, almost as bad as working for Walmart."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of your people, pay them a living wage or give benefits that encourages employees to be with their families when activities and togetherness is expected."
