"All levels of management are untrained in labor andemployment laws. They blatantly discriminate, harass, bully, intimidate, and use cronyism to promote employees. Personal bias are used to hire,fire, promote, and transfer employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Complete house cleaning needs to occur in the Southwest Division. From the CEO to the individual store managers. Need to assign HR specialist to each district. District managers, store managers, assistant store managers and all other supervisors must be required to attend 40 hrs of EEO training every six months. The union contract needs to be renegotiated to provide employees with more safe guards."
