"I have worked in the bakery for about one year now and it is a great experience. The management does not micromanage the staff and employees, but steps in when it is needed. They are very open and easy going about teaching you new positions and carrying out orders!"
"Worked at Kroger since 2010. Marketplace was first, then I transferred to Benton, then finally Hot Springs. If you know what's good for you don't bother with this company. Good workers get treated like crap, bad workers are brushed off because they have the union behind them. BTW UFCW is the worst union ever. Don't expect them to help you ever! The only thing they can do is transfer people but even then it takes 6-8 months to do it. Kroger and Walmart are in the same league - they treat people like crap."
