"Kraft was a good place, however upper management may not have the clear goals needed to ensure a factory succeeds. Plant management may have the direction, but may have their hands tied with pressure from corporate management."
What don't you like about working at Kraft Foods?
"Being micro-managed. Clear direction and the ability to do my job is what I look for."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a manager. Let your people do their jobs. Coach them when they are stuck. Give them the direction they need and then let them do the job."
