"Loved the work, hated the upper management, they were very arrogant and two-faced."

"Stop walking all over your sales reps, they are people that you need, and they work hard for you. I now work for one of your competitors and I love sticking it to you because of your complete disregard for how your reps are treated"

What don't you like about working at Kraft Foods?

"The management was very dishonest, insincere, and disrespectful. they do not trust anyone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You need to take ten steps back and treat the sales reps with some level of respect, not just lip service. They are very quick to talk about how they care about people and talk about how they treat reps well, but their actions always prove otherwise."
