3.3I have worked at KPMG for over 2 years since joining in 2017 out of university. During this time, I have found that my business group places an emphasis on training up as quickly as possible so that they have the knowledge and confidence to execute their work and progress to the next career stage. Additionally, the exposure to various industries, the vast network of over 29,000 US employees, and the opportunities for domestic or international rotational work can be invaluable for those who are willing to take advantage of them. However, the demanding nature of the client-facing work and inconsistent management often comes at the price of work life balance, leading to poor office moral and, ultimately, high turnover.
4I've worked for KPMG since March 2017. It has provided me valuable experience working in many different industries and mega projects worldwide. This experience will allow me to better serve future customers by understanding what works and does not work in managing large scale capital projects.
