"More team sports for employees, not just bowling . Sponser a co'ed baseball team or roller derby team."

"I worked from home so that was a bonus. As far as the sales goes, they were a challenge which I also enjoyed."

"I suggest that an applicant should have experience and a lot of energy. Having a thick skin and an attention to detail is also paramount."

"I missed the interaction with co-workers. Additionally, I often had to rely on outside vendors to perform at a top notch level which didn't occur."

"The bosses should have stuck with their orginal design of hiring someone in the Nashville area seeing how important that turned out to be."
