"Kongsberg Automotive has been a great workplace through which I was able to learn new skills and take on new positions. I was lucky enough to be considered for a promotion on more than one occasion, though a high turnover rate could have contributed to the availability of vacant positions. New management seems to have changed the work culture more than some employees would have liked, but I can see Kongsberg Automotive growing and opportunities arising in the future."
