2.7Career prospects seemed to be a dream career move but ended up with a toxic coworkers who persecuted me after working hours personally and with their branded cars and were highly controlling in unhealthy way (a poor people management skills project coordinator especially, she is from main office in Finland Espoo - she destroyed my career at KONE) and was no able to transfer her skills during adoption period. She stated boldly that it was out of her scope. She treated me with hate instead of being a buddy. Her attention to me on a personal level was overwhelming and highly unprofessional. A few times she were giving me wrong information to work with so I couldn't succeed in this position and to take over the half of the project because she wanted to manage it all alone and never lose control of her job prospect in this team and to become a Project Manager with a lot less experience. I am in doubt she will ever become a food people manager ever in her life though. Our manager preferred to support her as she had longer time and experience in this project. Toxic people are destroying teams and peoples lifes. She turned the whole office against with her rumors me and arranged mobbing in Facebook against me.
3.6I've worked for KONE for 2.5 years as a Sales Executive. KONE has a quality product line and extensive service coverage globally. KONE has a great company culture that values its employees. The systems and processes are antiquated and cumbersome and can take a long time to learn. The company treats its employees well but does struggle to streamline processes to increase efficiency. KONE is patient and invests in training its employees. The elevator trade is a demanding and high-pressure industry - you will need to have thick skin and know how to work in tough situations.
3.2I found Kone to be a pretty good company overall to work for and they did include me on various large projects which has contributed largely to strengthen my skills.
