"If the company were able to resurrect after bankruptcy it is very important that any potential employees be committed to the technology and believe in the vision of the company."
What don't you like about working at Konarka Technologies?
"The company lacked revenue due to the short comings in the technology. It just hasn't become a viable, marketable product yet. This caused the neccessity for numerous rounds of fundraising. We were unable to close on our last round of fundraising and the company was forced into bankruptcy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More effort could have been placed on employee retention to ensure that the best staff was in place for success."
