"comp time (time you work over your regular daily) that can be used as time off any other time."

"Know an insider, know the likes of the two head honchos.They will either like you or they won't."
What don't you like about working at The Baltimore Convention Center?
"Lack of ownership of the work you do. Too much red tape to get things done. Compared from a corporate outbringing working on city time everything takes twice as long."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change, modernize, embrace new ideas instead of staying with the ancient."
What do you like about working at Konarka Technologies?
"The company was on the virge of a new exciting technology that could have an incredible impact on the world of solar"

"If the company were able to resurrect after bankruptcy it is very important that any potential employees be committed to the technology and believe in the vision of the company."
What don't you like about working at Konarka Technologies?
"The company lacked revenue due to the short comings in the technology. It just hasn't become a viable, marketable product yet. This caused the neccessity for numerous rounds of fundraising. We were unable to close on our last round of fundraising and the company was forced into bankruptcy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More effort could have been placed on employee retention to ensure that the best staff was in place for success."

"The company has a strong core of developers and a developing senior management."

"Do research regarding the company as well as the parent. Understand that it is a small company owned by a massive international corporation."
What don't you like about working at FreeCause?
"Not great communication with my direct manager. Tools to help me best perform my job are lacking"

"Young management is growing into their roles learning as they go. My advice would be to hire more senior developers to lead a strong young team that could use better direction."

"I like my colleagues. They are top notch individuals. I also like our facilities and location."

"Be prepared for tough questions in the interview. Also, make sure to maintain your poise and do not get indimidated."
What don't you like about working at Henry Co.?
"I do not like all of the manual processes that I have to perform in JDE. The reporting and knowledge expectations of management are not aligned with systems that leave a lot to be desired."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire someone who's sole purpose is to improve their JDE environment and reporting."
